Baloo's Cub and Family Camp — August 2–4, 2024

This is a weekend experience for Cub Scouts, youth family members and parents to enjoy a weekend of camping together! Families will participate in a round-robin type program that includes swimming, boating, shooting sports, nature, and more.

Meals will include Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast. This is a great event for individual families or for packs to plan as a weekend activity.

Non-Scout family members are welcome to join in the fun!

Time: 6:00 PM Friday through 12:00 noon Sunday

Cost per Youth: $35
Cost per Adult: $15

About Camp

Camp Workcoeman is located in the hills of northwest Connecticut in scenic New Hartford and Barkhamsted. The camp consists of approximately 427 acres on the shore of beautiful West Hill Pond, possibly the cleanest in Connecticut.

Established in 1924, it is one of the oldest continuously operated Scout camps in the country. For 100 years, thousands of Scouts and Scouters have had unforgettable Scouting experiences at Camp Workcoeman. This fine tradition of Scouting continues today.
