Wilderness First Aid Training — June 9–11, 2023

Training Past Event

This training is designed to provide you with the skills to assess and provide treatment to an ill or injured person in a remote environment where care by a professional is not available.

Time: Check-in at 7:00 PM on Friday, depart at 12:00 PM on Sunday

Fee: $200 per participant

For Scouters age 21 and above.

About Camp

Camp Workcoeman is located in the hills of northwest Connecticut in scenic New Hartford and Barkhamsted. The camp consists of approximately 427 acres on the shore of beautiful West Hill Pond, possibly the cleanest in Connecticut.

Established in 1924, it is one of the oldest continuously operated Scout camps in the country. For 100 years, thousands of Scouts and Scouters have had unforgettable Scouting experiences at Camp Workcoeman. This fine tradition of Scouting continues today.
