Staff interviews wills be conducted at camp Saturday, February 20th from 1:00–3:00 PM and Saturday, February 27th from 9:00 AM–12:00 noon.
Join us on Saturday, June 4th for the annual Camp Workcoeman Beaver Day. This work day allows us to get a head start on setting up camp for another exciting season. Join us at Cabela’s Saturday, January 30th for the council wide Summer Camp Kickoff. It is the perfect time to meet with our staff to begin shaping your 2016 summer camp plans. Camp Workcoeman is located in the hills of northwest Connecticut in scenic New Hartford and Barkhamsted. The camp consists of approximately 427 acres on the shore of beautiful West Hill Pond, possibly the cleanest in Connecticut.
Established in 1924, it is one of the oldest continuously operated Scout camps in the country. For 101 years, thousands of Scouts and Scouters have had unforgettable Scouting experiences at Camp Workcoeman. This fine tradition of Scouting continues today.
