Citizens of Shawtown Work Day — September 15

Please join the Citizens of Shawtown at 9 AM on Saturday, September 15, 2018 as they work to finish the roof of our pole barn and wrap up any remaining summer projects. Lunch will be provided. Please confirm attendance to either Ranger Frank or Lou Seiser. Members of the Citizens of Shawtown, their friends, and all others interested in helping are invited.

About Camp

Camp Workcoeman is located in the hills of northwest Connecticut in scenic New Hartford and Barkhamsted. The camp consists of approximately 427 acres on the shore of beautiful West Hill Pond, possibly the cleanest in Connecticut.

Established in 1924, it is one of the oldest continuously operated Scout camps in the country. For 100 years, thousands of Scouts and Scouters have had unforgettable Scouting experiences at Camp Workcoeman. This fine tradition of Scouting continues today.
