14 Dec 2024 — Camp Workcoeman has a variety of programs taking place this winter and spring for both Scouts BSA and Cub Scouts. In addition, training opportunities and campsite/facility rentals are available. We hope to you at camp!>
Now is the time to make your 2016 site reservation. The early bird site fee is $50; after November 1st, it goes up to $100. Visit the 2016 campsite reservation page and select your week to begin the reservation process. When you reserve your site, please include everyone that you wish to receive summer camp news; summer camp information will be sent to everyone identified on your reservation. This should include the Scoutmaster and whomever will serve as Scoutmaster at camp during the week you attend. See you in 2016 for another great summer of Scouting adventures at Camp Workcoeman!
Camp Workcoeman is located in the hills of northwest Connecticut in scenic New Hartford and Barkhamsted. The camp consists of approximately 427 acres on the shore of beautiful West Hill Pond, possibly the cleanest in Connecticut.
Established in 1924, it is one of the oldest continuously operated Scout camps in the country. For 100 years, thousands of Scouts and Scouters have had unforgettable Scouting experiences at Camp Workcoeman. This fine tradition of Scouting continues today.
