There will be no camping, work days, etc. until further notice. Beaver Day is postponed indefinitely. Activities may be possible in the late summer and early fall if conditions permit. We do not yet know what these activities will look like; however, the safety of our Scouts, staff, and guests is and will always be our top priority.
04 May 2020 — The annual Shawtown Steak Dinner scheduled for June has been canceled (more info).
29 April 2020 — A new Scouting at Home section of this website has been created to catalog weekly videos and challenges posted to camp social media channels aimed at keeping you occupied and engaged during these difficult times.

Summer camp is not just for Scouts…it’s for families too!
We are excited to announce that Camp Workcoeman will be offering a dynamic new camping program for the summer of 2020. This new program is a Family Camping free-style program that will allow open program times and unmatched flexibility for you and your family. With this fresh new program, we will also be able to provide exciting opportunities for the entire family of Scouting. This program will offer something for all ages, Cubs right through to Scouts BSA. It is also open to families and friends who are non-scouts (just one person in the party needs to be a member of Scouting).
This exciting “free-style” camping program will allow you to have as much or as little structure as you want. The full dining hall operation will provide meals, programs and fun activities will be available for the entire family.
Be sure to sign up to sign up today and don’t miss out!
